Privacy Policy

The short version: 55Digital AI runs locally on your own machine, against your own Google Ads and Anthropic credentials. We never see, store, or have access to your Google Ads account data or your clients' data — it never leaves your computer. This policy covers the much smaller set of data related to this website and your license purchase.

1. Who we are

55Digital AI is operated by 55Digital, Inc. ("55Digital," "we," "us"), Kajdasza 24, 52-234 Wrocław, Poland. For any privacy question, contact roman@55digital.online.

2. What the product does with your data

55Digital AI is a set of commands and skills that run inside Claude Code, on your own computer. When you use it:

It connects directly to the Google Ads API using credentials you supply and control (stored in a local google-ads.yaml file on your machine).
It connects to Anthropic's Claude using your own Claude Code / Anthropic access.
Reports, logs, the local dashboard, and your client briefs are written to your own disk.

We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes your Google Ads account data, your clients' data, or your API credentials. We have no account system and no database of your usage. What you and your clients' campaigns do stays between your machine, Google's API, and Anthropic's API.

3. Information we do collect

The data below relates only to this marketing site and the license purchase flow — not to how the software itself operates.

a) When you purchase a license

Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details directly and securely — we never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us the information needed to issue and support your license: your name, email address, and transaction/subscription status. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

b) When you use the live chat

Our website chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. If you start a chat, Tawk.to processes the messages you send, along with basic technical information (IP address, browser, device) needed to run the chat. See Tawk.to's Privacy Policy.

c) Standard server logs

Like virtually any website, our hosting provider logs basic technical request data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and reliability purposes. We do not run Google Analytics, ad pixels, or any other tracking/analytics tool on this site.

d) If you email us

We keep the content of correspondence you send us (e.g. to roman@55digital.online) in order to respond and to provide support.

4. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are by Tawk.to, if you open the chat widget, to keep your conversation connected to the right session. You can block these using your browser's cookie settings — this will not affect any other part of the site, though it may prevent the chat widget from remembering an open conversation across page reloads.

5. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases:

Contract: processing your license purchase and providing support.
Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and responding to messages you send us.
Consent: where you voluntarily start a chat session.

6. International transfers

Stripe and Tawk.to are US-based providers that may process data outside the EU/EEA. Both maintain their own safeguards for international transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) — see their respective privacy policies linked above for details.

7. Data retention

We keep license and billing records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet our own legal/accounting obligations (typically the duration of your license plus applicable statutory retention periods). Email correspondence is kept as long as reasonably useful for support history, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email roman@55digital.online. If you're in the EU/EEA and unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

9. Children's privacy

55Digital AI is a B2B tool for advertising agencies and freelancers. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or the software after a change means you accept the revised policy.
