Welcome to our easy and streamlined onboarding process for Google Ads and Facebook Ads! Whether you’re new to digital advertising or looking to optimize your campaigns, we guide you every step of the way.

What’s Our Process Like?

What to Expect:

To kick off the process, you’ll need to complete our detailed questionnaire. This helps us understand your business goals, target audience, and current marketing efforts so we can tailor the perfect strategy for you.

If you need any help, we can go through it together on our onboarding call.

Step 1: Fill Out Our Questionnaire Collapse

After you fill out the questionnaire, we will have a better understanding of your business, which will help us create a tailored proposal specifically for you.

We will schedule a 30-60 minute call where we will present our strategies and proposals aimed at increasing revenue for your business.

Step 2: Presentation for You Collapse

We need to request access to the following platforms.

If you don’t have access yet, no worries — we can create and configure them for you.

Required for Both eCommerce & Lead Generation
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Google Search Console (GSC)

  • Google Ads

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Website Hosting (FTP or cPanel access)

  • CMS access (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)

  • Microsoft Clarity

  • Consent Mode / Cookie Consent Platform

Additional Access Required for eCommerce
  • Google Merchant Center

  • Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Business Manager & Ad Account)

  • Product feed access (via CMS, feed plugin, or external feed tool)

Additional Access Required for Lead Generation
  • Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Business Manager & Ad Account)

  • CRM or lead management tool access (if applicable)

 

Step 3: Access Request Collapse

We will configure everything for you as needed. Here’s what we’ll set up, if necessary:

Google Tag Manager (GTM) Configuration:

  • Create Proper Naming Convention for GTM
  • Install Google Tag Manager (GTM) on a Website
  • Create GA4 from Scratch
  • Install Google Analytics 4 with Google Tag Manager
  • Set up GA4 E-commerce Events
  • Track Time On Page Event in GA4
  • Track Form Submissions with Redirects to Success Page in GTM
  • Find Click Class for Button Tracking in Google Tag Manager
  • Set up Add to Cart Tracking Using GTM
  • Track Checkout Page Using GTM
  • Track Purchases with GTM
  • Track Conversion Value on Thank You Page
  • Set up Google Ads Conversion Tag with Transaction ID and Conversion Value
  • Set up Enhanced Conversions in GTM
  • Capture User Email for Enhanced Conversions [Lead Gen]
  • Track Phone Clicks (tel)
  • Set up Google Consent Mode v2 with Google Tag Manager 
  • Facebook Pixel Tracking (e.g., Purchases, Form Submissions, Dynamic Remarketing)
  • Install Microsoft Clarity Using Google Tag Manager
  • Create and Verify Google Search Console with Website Hosting
  • Set up Offline Conversions
  • Set up Calendly Tracking
  • Set up Live Chat (Tawk.To) Tracking
  • Server-Side (Facebook & Google Ads)

If you don’t have any of these configurations set up yet, we will take care of it.

Step 4: Conversion Tracking Collapse

We need to know if you have an agency that will provide your creatives for Google Ads and Facebook Ads (1:1, 1.91:1 landscape, and vertical formats). Alternatively, we can offer to create ad creatives for you based on our 7+ years of experience. 

Step 5: Ad Creation. Collapse

We will create and optimize your campaigns for you. Our process includes:

Finding the main and secondary keywords, along with their search volume and competition levels.

Using the 55Digital Ad Copy Builder Template we will create ads and extensions for all campaigns and keywords.

Updating the Action Tracker so you can easily track and review the ads, keywords, and extensions we’ve set up.

Once completed, you will receive a presentation and documentation outlining everything we have done for your campaigns.

Step 6: Campaign Creation and Optimization. Collapse

After the onboarding process, you will get access to your personal Google Drive client folder. This folder will contain reports from us, a folder where we will store all files from you, the action tracker, and other materials to keep our process organized.
